The short version: Eftly collects no personal data. No account, no tracking, no ads. The app sends anonymous usage statistics — numbers that cannot be linked to you — and you can turn even those off. Here is the whole story, in plain language.

The app

Eftly has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. We do not know who you are, and we cannot know.

Your session history, favorites and settings are stored only on your device, and they stay there. Everything works fully offline — delete the app and that local data is gone with it.

The app contains no advertising and no tracking SDKs. To understand how Eftly is used — which sessions are played, completed or abandoned, in which language — it sends anonymous usage statistics to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service that processes these signals on EU servers. They contain no name, no email, no device identifier and nothing you could be recognized by; not by us, not by anyone.

Prefer to send nothing at all? Turn off “Share anonymous statistics” in the app’s settings and the app stays completely silent.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email address or payment details.

To check which subscription is active — and to keep that working after a reinstall or on a new device — the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service that receives your App Store purchase receipt together with a random, anonymous identifier the app generates itself. RevenueCat processes this on our behalf and does not use it for advertising; it holds no name, no email and nothing that identifies you as a person.

This website

eftly.app sets no cookies — that is why there is no cookie banner. We count visits with Clicky, configured cookieless on purpose: anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages, referrers, countries), no profiles and nothing that leads back to you as a person.

The site is served by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) as any web host does to deliver a site securely. We do not use it to identify or profile you.
